Boy it is going so fast, I have two days left at Home Depot and I am sort of missing all my friends just a little already. Mostly you at the depot have become family to me and I hope somehow we can stay in touch. I had a busy day for a Tuesday and didn’t get near what I wanted to get done. I don’t have a lot to say tonight and I should get to bed soon. I am working 6-3 and then to my Dean Ornish program, it makes a really long day but defiantly worth it. At the Dean Ornish program at Jameson Hospital we learn about stress and how to deal with it, about exercise, the real benifits and how to do it correctly. We learn and share about meals and eating “good stuff”, how to cook and how to prepare for times out at a restaurant or at a party or family gathering, it can be hard to get it right and I figure if I have it right 80% of the time I am doing good. We also have a group session and now that we are in the end of the third quarter it is just part of a good evening. We have become close as a group and know each other pretty well, sharing our ups and downs, our accomplisments and our setbacks.
I have gained so much trust in my partners that I look forward to sharing my daily events and hearing about theirs. I hope to do a video about them if they are willing and deffinately want to do a segment with Doug the exercise physiologist and Lori the director and realaxation coach.
Well I need to keep it short because I still have a little work to do before I head off to bed, 4am comes early here in new castle.
